The calendar indicates the
number of events taking place on any particular day by a number inside
brackets.
Events running for more than one day are shown only on
their starting date. You are therefore advised to view a whole
week's events to check events taking place on any particular day.
To view the events on any
day
Click on the underlined date
To view the list of events
in any week
Click on the week of the month below the
calendar
To view the full list of
events for a particular month
Click on 'View Events This Month' above
the calendar
To search a particular
category
Select a subject from 'view category', select 'month' and 'year'
then click 'Refresh Calendar'. Events shown on the calendar will be those in
the category selected only. Use 'View This Months Events' to see a list of all
the events in the selected category for that month.
To search the whole
calendar database
Click 'Search' and enter details as indicated. You
can search by category and keywords.
To view consecutive
months
Click on 'Next Month' and 'Previous Month' above the calendar,
then use 'view month' or search by category and refresh, as above.
